We were about to do a layout at Leonardo's Basement in St. Paul, and we had no tall buildings. I found out it is possible, though a terrible idea, to build a tall Micropolis building in one day. Toward the end of the day--I think it was about 11:00 at night and I'd been building ALL DAY--I started getting a little punchy. This building isn't ridiculously ostentatious enough, I thought. I think I'll add gold goblets to it. Still not ostentatious enough. How about silver spears too? And maybe some red crystals on the sides! And some extra gold wedges! And a trans red wand at the top! Now when I look at this building I roll my eyes a bit. Sometimes I think about removing the silver spears, just to tone it down a little. But really, it's kind of fun the way it is.
