Unfortunately I learned that if you skimp on parts, tall buildings come apart very easily, often at inopportune moments. So the new version of the building is a lot shorter and a lot sturdier. The design of this building was inspired by (1) my wanting to use purple shields in a build, and (2) my nine year old son's request for a building with a giant laser. The giant laser (made of Clikits) that ran up the length of the original building can now only be seen in the top. It looks more like a real building now as opposed to a giant sculpture made for the Micropolis World's Fair.
