{{tag>:modules:module conforming contemporary quarter_block tower}} [<>] ====== Goblet Building ====== **Designer:** [[designers:Jennifer Heaton]] **Designed:** December 2012 ===Designer's Notes=== The large trans green ivy/window pieces on the side of this building are from an old Belville set. I really wanted to use them in a build, and I think they work here if you don't think too hard. I'm not sure if they're supposed to be paint on the building, decorative sculpture, or part of the structure of the building. I think of this as a cool, artsy, old-but-renovated office building. If I had the right kind of job I'd like to work here. I'd certainly like to explore the inside of this building; in real life I imagine it would have all sorts of fascinating decoration and odd little rooms and beautiful old staircases. I went through a stage--during and right after my Art Deco phase--of putting odd objects as spires on the tops of many of my builds. (Occasionally I stack the weirdest things I can find on top of a building and parade it around the house just to see if my family notices. They hardly ever bat an eye.) The green goblet on this building might be the oddest of the ones I actually left on a building. But I love the little green goblets, and it's difficult to figure out what to do with them at Micropolis scale, so here you are. {{gallery>http://bit.ly/1a0b5rC}} [<>] ---- ~~DISQUS~~
